Officer ( Communication and Fundraising )

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate the production of corporate materials and other publications, including leaflets, brochures, e-newsletters, EDMs and annual reports
• To create engaging content for ADAHK’s website and social media platforms
• To work very closely with internal counterparts to assist in developing tailor-made promotional campaigns to drive audience and engagement as well as to raise brand awareness
• To assist in handling media-related tasks, including media pitching, interviews, press material development and media enquires
• To assist in cultivating opportunities to solicit sponsorships from different community partners, corporates and foundations
• To coordinate and provide on-site support in promotional and fundraising events and activities, including charity dinner, golf day, charity screening, art workshop, charity walk, gala showcase, raffle tickets
• To help maintain proper records and document good practices
• To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing, and fundraising for NGOs or the social service sector is highly preferred
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and website administration
• Meticulous, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines

Treatment: 5 day work per week, 14-day leave annually
