Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

－Formulate, develop, implement and evaluate nursing and caring procedures and standards.
－Formulate and implement monitoring mechanism for nursing and caring service quality.
－Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff and be involved in management and administration duties.

Requirements:

－Holder of bachelor degree in nursing.
－Registered Nurse.
－Holder of qualifications in gerontology preferred.
－At least 5 years’ experience as Registered Nurse and in supervisor role in Residential Care Home for the Elderly.
－Good communication and presentation skills.
－Capable of developing monitoring mechanisms & Protocol.
－Fluent in reading and writing Chinese and English.
－Computer literate.
－Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specific in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
