苗圃行動在深水埗開設的服務中心，主要服務對象為基層家庭，招募有志者加入。

活動幹事 (Program Officer)

職責：

• 舉辦及統籌基層家服務相關的項目, 活動及小組；
• 制定訓練內容及推行服務；
• 按中心需要，積極與會內外持份者聯絡及合作；
• 處理中心行政及文書工作；
• 協助中心日常運作。

申請資格：

• 大專或以上學歷；
• 3年或以上相關工作經驗；
• 具親和力、主動、良好溝通技巧；
• 具基本中英文溝通能力，懂普通話；
• 願意彈性時間工作及輪班工作。

如經驗未符合，可申請助理活動幹事。

待　遇：

每星期五天工作；員工福利包括: 公眾假期、年終雙薪、有薪年假 (12-18日)、進修津貼、醫療及牙齒保健等.
