The Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities / the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (the Council) are pleased to organize the first “Virtual Job Fair for People with Disabilities.” This online event will bring together companies and job seekers through a digital platform, offering detailed job listings, real-time communication with applicants, and employer-focused webinars. The event details are as follows: Date: 3 December 2025 (Wednesday) Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fees: Free of charge The Council warmly invites your company to participate in this virtual job fair by offering full-time and part-time positions for people with disabilities. Practice Wisdom Sharing Session on Handling Suspected Child Abuse Cases

To support designated professionals and related students under the Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Ordinance, this free-English-language session would first highlight the Government’s e-learning platform for child protection (https://www.childprotectiontraining.hk), then focus on practical handling skills and scenario-based learning. Embracing the culture of the ethnic minorities, participants will try to apply guiding principles when suspected child maltreatment incidents identified and explore possible actions and follow-up pathways. Lastly, the session also highlights Hong Kong’s child protection service landscape and available training resources. Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit GIES 2025 – Join Us Now!

Social Prescribing Symposium 2025: “Advancing Social Prescribing in Hong Kong: Lessons from Abroad and Local Innovations”

To explore how to further promote medical and social collaboration through the development of social prescribing in Hong Kong, the HKCSS has become one of the supporting organisations of the “Social Prescribing Symposium 2025.” The event will be held on Tuesday, 16 September 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Multi-function Hall I, 25/F, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Building, 21 Pak Fuk Road, North Point.
