根據團結香港基金於2017年發表的 「樂齡科技概況報告」，指出樂齡科技業界面對的難題，例如持份者之間缺乏協作、外國的成功產品難以本地化、缺乏測試產品的平台等。因應研究報告的內容，政府2020年已落實建構「樂齡科技平台」，以推動香港樂齡科技生態系統的發展。 香港社會服務聯會（社聯）獲社會創新及創業發展基金委聘，牽頭並夥拍九間機構（Global Centre for Modern Ageing Limited、基督教靈實協會、香港生產力促進局、香港科技園公司、香港理工大學賽馬會復康科技中心、物流及供應鏈多元技術研發中心有限公司、達信風險管理及保險服務（香港）有限公司、團結香港基金有限公司，以及香港大學護理學院）， 組成合作聯盟，負責設計、建立及營運樂齡科技平台的工作，推動樂齡科技的發展及應用，尤其在「新常態」下促進服務使用者的福祉，並提升他們的生活質素。 樂齡科技平台（可在此查看宣傳單張）已於2021年1月開展，為期三年， 將涵蓋四項基本功能： （一）知識庫； （二）網絡建設和能力提升； （三）顧問服務、樂齡科技產品本地化和測試支援；以及 （四）效益評估。 面對長者及殘疾人士服務各種資源所限，尤其是院舍在營運上會面對不少挑戰，因此樂齡科技平台亦選定院舍服務，為第一階段產品本地化和測試之主要試點場景。務求服務單位提出其困難同時，能支援大家盡快獲取及應用適合本地處境的樂齡科技，以解决困難及有助產品完善，最終達至雙嬴。 本會將舉行簡介及意見收集會議，鼓勵相關服務負責人就樂齡科技產品的需求、使用樂齡科技產品的困難及對樂齡科技測試平台的期望發表意見。本會期望從中能初步定出平台日後測試的範疇，並招攬合作伙伴。另外， 社會福利署的《樂齡及康復創科應用基金》（試用新研發科技產品），已經接受申請。簡介會將進一步介紹相關的資料。 會議將會舉行兩場，詳情如下： 第一場            日期：       二零二一年四月二十二日（星期四）            時間：       上午10時至12時            形式：       Zoom (登入連結將會稍後電郵至成功報名的參加者)          對象：      各安老服務院舍、康復服務院舍及私營安老院舍負責人 報名截止日期：二零二一年四月二十日(中午十二時)或之前 會議議程      9:45 – 10:00 網上登記 10:00 – 10:20 樂齡科技平台簡介 10:20 – 11:40 意見收集環節 -        樂齡科技產品的需求 -        使用樂齡科技產品的困難 -        對樂齡科技測試平台的期望 11:40 – 12:00 問答環節 第二場            日期：       二零二一年四月二十七日（星期二）            時間：       下午2時至4時            形式：       Zoom (登入連結將會稍後電郵至成功報名的參加者)          對象：      各安老服務院舍、康復服務院舍及私營安老院舍負責人 報名截止日期：二零二一年四月二十二日(中午十二時)或之前 會議議程 13:45 – 14:00 網上登記 14:00 – 14:20 樂齡科技平台簡介 14:20 – 15:40 意見收集環節 -        樂齡科技產品的需求 -        使用樂齡科技產品的困難 -        對樂齡科技測試平台的期望 15:40 – 16:00 問答環節 敬希　閣下於報名截止日期或之前以網上報名 或掃描下方二維碼，以便安排。 如有任何查詢，歡迎與黃可兒女士（樂齡科技平台熱線電話：3611 8311 或電郵： [email protected]）聯絡。 多謝垂注！ ...

Established in 2013 by Link REIT, Link Together Initiatives supports eligible charitable organisations to implement service focused on Youth Empowerment, Active Ageing and Resource Management in order to advance sustainable development of the communities in the vicinity of Link properties. Since its inception, the Initiatives has earmarked HK$89 million to support more than 150 community projects with 10 million target beneficiaries.  Link Together Initiatives 2021/22 is now open for application from eligible charitable organisations. The granted projects will be commenced from October 2021.
