Starting with products, markets, and supply chains, CSV advocates for a business model that allows business value and social benefits to coexist. Confronted with various social issues and business environment, how can NGOs leverage their services and strengths to create shared value with corporations, assisting business partners strike a balance between sustainable development and commercial interests? The “Caring Company Scheme” 2024/25 Latest Updates
The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 (the “Scheme”) will begin accepting applications on 20 March 2025, and the brand-new online application system will also be launched on the same day. Below are the latest updates on the Scheme: 1) Extension of the Validity Period for Existing Logos and Certificates Due to the postponement of the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 application to 20 March 2025, the validity period for the use of the Caring Company / Caring Organisation Logos for 2023/24 will automatically be extended until the announcement of the next logo application results in December 2025. Companies / Organisations are not required to submit separate applications for extending the logo validity period. However, the date on the certificate will remain unchanged, and this arrangement will not affect the calculation of the consecutive years that companies / organisations have participated in the Scheme. During this period, we advise companies/organisations to use promotional materials featuring the Caring Company/Caring Organisation Logos instead of displaying certificates. If companies or organisations wish to incorporate the Caring Company / Caring Organisation Logo in their promotional materials or other collaterals, please submit the artwork / sample pictures to HKCSS via email [email protected] for prior approval and record-keeping purpose. The “Caring Company Scheme” 2024/25 – Latest Application Arrangements
The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 (“the Scheme”) will commence in mid-March 2025, please notify respective colleagues / teams for corresponding arrangements: 1. Online Information Session Review The online information session for the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 took place on 14 November 2024. It provided a detailed explanation of the overall application arrangements and the contents of the Community Partnership form. HKCSS Agency Members interested in becoming nominators are encouraged to review the information session on the Scheme’s website (click here) to learn more about the latest arrangements for the Scheme. 2. Online Application System A new online application system will be introduced and open for applications for the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 in mid-March. An information session will be conducted to provide comprehensive guidance on system operations and application procedures. Please stay tuned for further updates. 3. Application for a Nominator Account Starting from the 2024/25 cycle, all applications and nominations must be submitted via the online application system. Nominators must have online accounts to be included to the Nominator List (“List”), make nominations and complete relevant forms in the system.
