恒生夥拍香港社會服務聯會推出 「恒生技能創未來基金」  現正接受申請 發展未來技能 應對社會新挑戰 【新聞稿2022年3月27日】恒生銀行(「恒生」)與香港社會服務聯會(「社聯」) 今天宣布推出「恒生技能創未來基金」(「計劃」)。這項計劃的受惠對象為非接受政府恆常資助的社會服務機構，旨在鼓勵和啟發機構開展與未來技能發展相關的社區項目或服務方案，例如理財能力、氣候變化意識、數碼技能/共融等技能，提供針對其服務社群所需要的技能及知識，協助受眾裝備自己，為香港社區持續發展注入新動力。 這計劃將撥款予十個方案，評審在考量方案時，首要考慮是方案是否具備有促進其服務對象未來所需的技能和知識的元素及其成效。恒生將資助每項方案港幣22萬元，期望在一年內落實及執行。此外，為提升市民對社區需要及不同社會服務機構工作的認知，計劃特設「我最喜愛技能創未來項目」投票活動，得票最高的兩個方案，其負責機構將各獲得額外港幣5萬元以作獎勵。 未來技能[1] 泛指對個人未來的生活、學業或事業發展有幫助，並能為其保持競爭力的技能和知識。因此，未來技能的範疇很廣泛，涵蓋不同生活、就業技能或軟技能，包括情緒與社交能力、決策與判斷力、創意思維和分析力等技能。 恒生銀行傳訊及企業可持續發展總監王美琪女士表示：「新型冠狀病毒病、新常態、 創新科技及可持續概念對我們的生活和工作有著重大的影響。在一個相互聯繫的社會，我們不但要與時並進，同時要關懷社會上不同社群平等學習未來技能的需要，特別是弱勢社群。「恒生技能創未來基金」正正提供一個讓社福界發揮創意的機會，善用計劃的靈活性，度身訂造切合其服務對象或社區需要的方案，提升市民迎接未來挑戰與機會的能力。」 香港社會服務聯會行政總裁蔡海偉先生表示：「近年香港社會面對重重挑戰，特別在疫情之下，社會大衆更需要裝備自己，以應對持續改變的新常態。感謝恒生銀行與社聯合作設立「恒生技能創未來基金」，相信這個計劃對中小型非牟利機構尤其重要，受惠機構不但能夠透過計劃提升自身對未來技能的認知，而且可以提供相關的服務予目標社群，提升他們的適應能力，以回應社區新的需求。」 「恒生技能創未來基金」現正接受申請，截止日期為2022年4月25日，歡迎瀏覽計劃網頁(https://bit.ly/3wxfd2l)了解更多詳情。社聯將負責管理和監督所有撥款項目，而獲選的方案將於今年 8 月內公布。 [1]Ehlers, Ulf. The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), in partnership with Hang Seng Bank, has set up the Hang Seng Future Skills Fund (the Fund) this year. The Fund supports non-subvented local charities to run community projects focusing on the future skills development in three main themes, i.e., Financial Literacy, Climate change and Digital Literacy / Inclusion, and other related soft skills in order to enhance beneficiaries’ individual ability to tackle the rapid changing environment. The Fund will be open for applications from 21 March to 25 April 2022. Eligibility: Agency member of HKCSS; Charitable organisations registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap 112); and Organisations that do not receive government’s regular subvention (Except the funding for project-based services and services awarded by the way of bidding). HKEX Impact Funding Scheme Funding HK$10 Million to 11 Local Charities Support the Development of Diverse Community Projects   (Press Release, 30 December 2021) The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (“HKCSS”), in partnership with HKEX Foundation (“the Foundation”), announces the result of the HKEX Impact Funding Scheme (“the Scheme”) today.
