低收入劏房住戶的身心健康狀況及基層醫療服務需要調查

香港社會服務聯會(社聯)透過全港54間社會服務單位向低收入劏房住戶(月入低於相同人數住戶入息中位數75%)進行問卷調查,以探討他們的身心健康狀況及基層醫療服務需要。研究發現受訪者的自評身心健康狀況較香港市民差,九成半以上自評得分低於相關量表人口平均值50分,其中居住環境越差,受訪者的自評生理健康狀況越差。同時,受訪劏房住戶較少有建立健康的生活習慣,包括蔬菜攝入量低和睡眠不足,較香港市民,他們也比較容易生病,24%的人過去一個月有不適,而香港市民則爲9%。在所有受訪劏房住戶中,單親家庭及獨居人士有更高的健康風險,單親家庭受訪者每天睡眠時間只有大約六個小時,只有16%受訪者過去主動做過身體檢查。至於獨居人士則達60%的人沒有每天進食蔬菜,16%每周五天或以上吃高鈉食物做午餐或晚餐,他們也是慢性疾病的高危群組,25%患有高血壓,10%糖尿病,遠高於同年齡的香港市民。 歡迎下載 ...

《香港百歲老人研究》調查研究結果

香港長壽長者的數目急劇增加,百歲長者人口由2011年的1,890人增加至2021年的11,575人,升幅超過六倍,本港百歲長者人口比例僅次於日本。為了解他們的身心健康、社交、日常生活習慣、自理能力,以至使用醫療社福服務和在家居照顧上使用科技等情況,一個由本地及海外學者、醫護和社福專業組成的研究團隊於新冠疫情期間(2021年4月至2022年9月),以電話訪問或面談方式接觸151位95歲或以上於社區居住的長者的照顧者。 歡迎下載 ...
