Caring Company Partnership Expo 2021 – Invitation for Exhibitors

Thank you for your staunch support to the Caring Company Scheme! We are delighted to inform you that the upcoming “Caring Company Partnership Expo 2021” will be held on 18 May 2021 (Tuesday), 1pm-6pm at Hall 5FG, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), Wanchai. Please find the arrangement below for your perusal. With your continued support over the years, The Caring Company Scheme turning into its 19th next year! Due to COVID-19, the Expo 2020 was cancelled unfortunately. However, the business and social service sectors had been working together to provide timely assistance programmes to help the needy to survive under the pandemic, that’s what the Caring Company Scheme wants to build. The Expo 2021 would continue to serve as a platform for organisations/companies to explore partners and develop new community partnership projects as usual. The nomination schedule of Caring Company Scheme 2021/22 will also commence at the same time. Please refer to Memo, Appendix and Reply Slip for details. Invitation to Promote “Community Care Fund Digital Television Assistance Programme”

The “Community Care Fund Digital Television Assistance Programme” (the Programme) operated by the Council assists eligible analogue TV households to enjoy access to local free TV programme after the switch off of analogue television services on November 30, 2020. Eligible households benefiting from specified social assistance programmese or satisfying income criteria can choose either a set-top box, a 24-inch digital TV set or a 32-inch digital TV set. On-site checking and installation will be completed within 8 weeks after receipt of the application form and supporting documents. We are inviting you to promote the Programme through emails, newsletter or referrals, encourage eligible households to apply soon by November 2020.
