JC Harnessing Integrated Exergames and Team Sports Programmes to Strengthen Social Networks among School-Age Youth
Social Worker

Responsibilities:

－Assist in the facilitation of community sports programs and innovative ‘Game-to-Sports’ activities for youth.
－Drive the development of evidence-based program materials and educational resources.
－Provide professional intervention for youth facing digital dependency or social isolation, encouraging their reintegration through sports technology.
－Manage follow-up assessments and case tracking to ensure participant wellness and progress.
－Oversee the collection of outcome data to measure program effectiveness and social impact.
－Cultivate partnerships with schools and NGOs to broaden program outreach.
－Lead focus groups and workshops to gather strategic insights from stakeholders.

Requirements:

－Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong.
－Holder of Bachelor degree or above in Social Work recognized by Hong Kong’s Social Worker Registration Board for registration.
－At least 3 years working experience in social work service.
－Relevant experience in youth, mental health and sports-related projects is an advantage.
－Mission driven, self-directed, innovative, positive with good problem-solving skills.
－Ability in information technology and digital tools.
－Willing to work on shift and during irregular hour.
－Employees should have not been convicted of a sexual offence in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
