A well-established Christian theological seminary, dedicated to nurturing faith and advancing theological education for over 75 years, invites a person of integrity and dedication to join our mission and financial operations team.

What You Will Do

• Payments & Disbursements: Process daily payments, petty cash, cheques, and student scholarships/financial aid.
• Billing & Collections: Manage tuition billing, revenue collections, auto-collect systems, and loan receivables.
• Records & Compliance: Maintain digital accounting files, fixed asset registers, and coordinate annual stock-taking.
• Reporting & Audits: Assist with ad hoc management reports, annual fee adjustments, compliance, and audits.
• Operational Support: Handle accounting inquiries, occasional bank visits, and support broader Seminary activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Values & Soft Skills: A servant’s heart and deep commitment to theological education. High integrity in handling confidential data, a reliable team player, well-organized, independent, and attentive to accuracy.
• Education & Experience: Diploma in Accountancy / Form 6 or above with LCCI Higher. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably handling full-set accounts, payment processing, or working in similar organizations).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel/Word, and Chinese word processing. Good command of both English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
