Jockey Club Early Detection and Intervention for Children and Youth in At-risk Families
Trajectory Development Coordinator II

Responsibilities:

－Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized development plans with children and youth, and render services/training programmes to service users.
－Mobilize community resources to strengthen the family capacity of the service users.
－Identify target service users of the Project and allocate resources appropriately.
－Be responsible for networking with potential service users and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

－Registered Social Worker.
－Holder of Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Social Work recognized by the Hong Kong’s Social Worker Registration Board of registration.
－At least 1 year of relevant working experience in children, youth or community services.
－Good Command of both Chinese and English.
－Proficient in using computer software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
－Mission-driven, self-motivated, dynamic.
－Good communication and networking skills.
－Passionate about serving children, youth and families.
－Employees should not have been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
