• 持政府認可之相關學科學位 (與商業管理、市場推廣或社會服務科有關者優先考慮)，香港中學會考五科合格/香港中學文憑考試五科2級或以上，包括中、英文科 (課程乙如適用)；及最少三年工作經驗；
• 熟識中、英文電腦操作、懂MS Office及MS Excel的應用，懂Photoshop及其他設計軟件，具復康服務經驗優先；
• 良好溝通及組織能力、具創意及活力、能獨立工作及樂於與殘疾人士合作；
• 負責為綜合職業復康服務開發業務及產品、拓展市場及制定相關工作訓練予殘疾學員；建立系統以監控生產過程及質量檢查、生產及銷售管理、執行市場推廣、負責督導就業導師及單位的行政工作；
• 每週平均工作44小時，觀塘區工作。
