Accounting Officer

職責 Responsibility： 

• Able to handle a full set of books independently.
• Handle daily accounting duties for all units within the organization, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• ​Supervise and process monthly payroll, provident fund, and Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions.
• ​Conduct internal auditing and compliance reviews, and prepare related audit reports.
• ​Liaise with external auditors for auditing and financial tracking, and regularly present financial reports to the Executive Committee.
• Handle other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

申請資格 Qualification： 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in auditing or the Social Service / NGO sector is highly preferred.
• Completed ACCA Fundamental Level.
• ​Student or member status of HKICPA or other recognized professional accounting bodies is an advantage.
• Proficient in MYOB accounting software.
• ​Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

待遇 Treatment： 

5-day work per week, 18-day leave annually
