Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

－Lead and oversee the finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.
－Prepare financial statements and management reports, monitor budget utilization, and provide financial analysis and advice for senior management and the board.
－Oversee treasury, payment approvals, banking relationships, and audits.
－Supervise and mentor finance staff, promote team development, and ensure efficient financial workflow.
－Support process improvement and system enhancement to strengthen financial governance.

Requirements:

－Degree holder in Accounting / Finance.
－ACCA/HKICPA qualified accountant.
－8 years solid accounting experience in sizable organisation which 5 years are in supervisory role.
－Hands on experience in Oracle Financials System and NGO experience are highly preferred.
