劏房住戶對社會福利的認識與使用情況

香港一直設有各類社會福利政策,讓有需要的群體使用。然而不少市民反映不清楚制度及服務、不懂申請等,令他們不能受到保障,尤其是一群居於劏房的弱勢群體。社會福利有否被好好使用,是設計社會福利制度時必須考慮的問題。 社會一直關心劏房住戶面對的困境,他們被排拒於制度之外的情況有多普通?本研究透過57間為劏房家庭提供服務的社會服務單位,以問卷調查方式了解劏房住戶對社會福利的認識與使用情況,推算被排拒於社會福利以外的劏房住戶數目,並辨別這些住戶社交特徵、家庭及個人背景,從而尋找更具針對性的方法,改善劏房住戶及弱勢群體被社會排斥的情況。歡迎下載 ...
