Programme Assistant (Psychosocial Services Department)

Responsibilities:

• To assist in the running of local support meetings, family outings, workshops, hospital on-site services etc.
• To assist in the hotline support for patients/caregivers.
• To assist in coordinating volunteer work.
• To assist to update website, social media, Facebook, etc.
• To handle documents such as finance reports and statistics reports.
• To carry out duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• 5 or above with pass in English & Chinese Language.
• Minimum 1 year working experience and preferably in community services.
• Good PC skills, MS WORD, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Excel is a must.
• Experience in Photoshop or other graphic design tools is preferable.
• Reasonable command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, clear-minded and able to manage multi-tasking.
