Project Officer / Senior Project Officer (Fundraising and Corporate Communications)

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for donor engagement and development
• Strategic planning for corporate partnership, fundraising campaign
• Explore new coopt opportunities and collaborations to meet fundraising goals
• Prepare funding proposals, promotional write-up and fundraising campaign webpage
• Work closely with volunteers on planning, organizing and implementing various fundraising campaign
• Administrative work and oversea business trip as needed

Requirement:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years experiences in donor relationship, marketing or communications, working experience in NGO is an advantage
• Good management skill, independent, well-organized, and effective communication skills
• Passionate, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and good in Chinese word processing
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
• The candidate may travel to the Mainland or overseas according to the work of the organization
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Project Officer
