Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Executing advocacy programme and campaign on implementation in arousing public momentum in supporting breastfeeding and early childhood development
- Addressing glocal children’s development with evidence, outcomes and engagement with strategic partners
- Executing implementation plan of relevant programmes to support and deliver advocacy strategy by setting out clear outputs, deliverables and implementation details
- Conducting outreach exercise with relevant stakeholders
- Executing initiatives to optimize operating efficiency and compliance
Requirements
- Degree holders, major in social science, policy research or public administration is preferred with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in programme planning and resource allocation
- Experience in executing advocacy programme implementation
- Experience in stakeholders engagement
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience in MS office such as MS Word, excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
