Human Resources Officer  (Post Code: HR-HRO)


You will focus in one of the below areas:


  1. HR Administration and Operations
  • Supervise a small team of staff to handle daily HR operations such as payroll administration, C&B, leave administration, employment contract, work injury, offboarding formalities, HR system data management;
  • Conduct data management and analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;
  • Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
  • Handle and coordinate data management for the HRMS migration exercise.


  1. Talent Management, Acquisition and Development
  • Supervise a small team of staff to organize and coordinate staff training programmes and manage training subsidies;
  • Design and formulate talent management policy, implement talent review and development exercise;
  • Supervise staff acquisition matters including manpwer planning and budget, job fair organization, recruitment and onboarding formulaties
  • Conduct data analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;



  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR management at supervisory level;
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.
