Programme Executive (TOGETHER @ Tai Po Hub)
Purpose:
The core purpose of this position is to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of programmes at the service hub in Tai Po. S/he will follow established action plans to engage Tai Po residents in participating in service hub activities, with the aim of enhancing community resilience and fostering stronger community connections.
Duties:
- Develop programme materials and deliver activities, including workshops, talks, mass events, publications, social media content, etc.
- Implement action plans and consolidate various statistics data regularly for monitoring service progress and quality.
- Assist in daily operations, coordinates activities, activity promotions and community engagement.
- Assist in establishing cooperative relations with relevant parties to jointly promote the activities of service hub.
- Perform administrative tasks such as photo/video editing, data entry, finance processing, and resource management etc.
- Any service implementation appointed by the agency.
Requirements:
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including Chinese, English and Mathematics) or equivalent; or
- University Degree holder in any discipline
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in social service sector is an advantage
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office and Chinese word-processing
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Working Locations: West Kowloon
Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
