Corporate Communications

Officer (Ref No: HKCSS/030/2024)
Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Implement and assist in planning of proactive communications strategy to advocate and promote the Council’s views and images amongst multi stakeholders;
• Provide quality and consistent contents on both online and offline materials such as corporate magazine, annual report, advertorials and other corporate publications to different groups of stakeholders;
• Cultivate diversified media relationship and handle media related assignments including preparation of press conferences, releases, events and contents of publicity materials.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in communications, journalism, translation or related disciplines;
• 2 years or above of professional experience in Corporate Communications and/or Journalistic work preferred;
• Sensitive and has good knowledge in current affairs and public issues;
• Strong writing skills, experience and up-to-date with publishing, online communications and project management;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Share and align with HKCSS’s vision and values and is a strong believer in the importance of social service and your personal involvement can make a difference.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
