Centre for Harmony and Enhancement of Ethnic Minority Residents (CHEER)
Assistant Programme Officer
Responsibilities:
－To provide drop-in service and outreaching service of the Centre.
－To assist in managing administrative duties of the Centre.
－To assist in implementing support service programmes of the Centre.
－To mobilise and connect potential service users.
－To update service statistics and correct records, and help in preparing reports to the funding body.
Requirements:
－Holder of completed Form 5 before 2012 or completed HKDSE or equivalent.
－Relevant working experiences in ethnic minorities/social services is an advantage.
－Relevant working experience in customer service is preferred.
－Good computer knowledge and skills.
－Able to speak, listen, read and write English.
－Able to speak and listen Cantonese is preferable.
－Able to speak at least 1 ethnic minority languages is an advantage.
－Able to work with and serve persons from multicultural background.
