Senior Donor Relations Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the donor relations team to deliver quality donor relations retention/upgrade/expansion exercises in order to maximise income from monthly/one-off donors and limit attrition rate;
- Oversee and monitor monthly payment process to ensure donation is processed accurately and in a timely manner;
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of donor relations programmes with report analysis and explore improvement plans, and
- Coach and provide training to team members to enhance their skillset.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines;
- At least six years related experience in donor relations management, fundraising or customer service;
- Good donor-stewardship mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and
- A detailed-oriented team player with strong sense of responsibility.
