The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as ‘HKSR’) is a pioneer in rehabilitation dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities, chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society. We are a non-governmental organization receiving subvention from government and funds from private donors and other sources. Program Worker – Community Rehabilitation Network
(Ref: PGW_CRN-TH_FEB26)
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the administration and operation support in program planning, preparation, enrollments and service implementation
- Assist the team in organizing programs, workshops, public education campaigns and multimedia production of the services
- Deliver services to the persons with chronic illness and disabilities
- Assist in e-learning and e-service implementation
- Liaise stakeholders for service promotion and implementation
Requirements:
- Diploma or associate degree or above in Social Sciences or any equivalent disciplines
- More than 2 years relevant experience preferred
- Organized, systematical, can work in details
- Mature, independent, open minded with teamwork
- Able to use information technology and multimedia
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Duties in evenings, weekends and public holiday are required on need basis

Work Location: New Territories West
The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service/operational needs of the department and the candidate’s performance.
