Fundraising Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate and execute fundraising strategy to grow individual, corporate and foundation donor base to secure long term and increased funding
- Identify new funding and partnership opportunities (grant, foundation, corporate giving major donors, events, etc.)
- Develop strategy to cultivate the relationship with existing donors to maximise donor retention
- Prepare reports, funding proposals, corporate giving portfolio and ensure all financial tracking records are up-to-date
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Economics, Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred
- With at least 10 years’ experience in relevant fields in which a minimum of 3 years in managerial grade
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent Mandarin
Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
