Assistant Donor Relationship Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle donation process in a timely manner through various payment channels
- Provide frontline services to donors, related to donation transactions, information updates, donation receipts, complaints, and other kinds of enquiry, through phone, email and mail
- Make follow up calls to donors on donation issues
- Handle issuance and mailing of official receipts and thank you letters
- Assist supervisor to liaise with internal and external parties for donation related issue
- Support administrative, filing and inventory management functions of the team
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Completion of HKCEE / HKDSE equivalent or above
- Good telephone manner and customer services skills will be an advantage
- Good in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office, English & Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, a team player and able to work under pressure
Contract period: 1 year (renewable)
