The Association is a medical Association formed in 1948 under Chapter 1024 of Hong Kong Legislation and at present it is the parent organisation of Ruttonjee Hospital and Grantham Hospital.  It also administers one Care and Attention Home, four Chinese Medicine Clinics, one Dental Clinic as well as a Health Promotion Centre.

Administration Officer (Ref. Code: CMC-AO) (Functional Title: Assistant Manager (Chinese Medicine))

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager (Chinese Medicine) in managing administration, operation, human resources, accounting and general enquires for the Association’s Chinese Medicine Service
• Plan and develop new services related to Chinese Medicine
• Communicate with partners to develop educational activities in the community and professional training related to Chinese Medicine
• Compile and analyze data/information for reporting to senior management
• Provide secretarial support to different management committees of Chinese Medicine Service and the Association
• Supervise the clerical and supporting staff

Requirements:

• Degree in public administration / health care management / social work or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in management, administration, healthcare service or social welfare
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

• ~HK$30,000 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)
• A Discretionary Bonus in the sum of 1-month basic salary is provided from the 2^nd contract onwards
