Assistant Project Officer/ Project Officer (Fundraising and Corporate Communications)

Responsibilities：

• Develop and execute the branding and communication strategy of the organization
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, press releases and annual report
• Explore new coopt opportunities and collaborations to meet fundraising goals
• Work closely with volunteers on planning, organizing and implementing various fundraising campaign
• Prepare funding proposals, build relationship with donors and stakeholders
• Administrative work and oversea business trip as required

Requirement:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years experiences in donor relationship, marketing or communications, working experience in NGO is an advantage
• Good management skill, independent, well-organized,  and effective communication skills
• Passionate, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Canva and good in Chinese word processing
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
• The candidate may travel to the Mainland or overseas according to the work of the organization
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Project Officer
