Project Supervisor – Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention Project (Ref. Code: PS | Kwun Tong)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project’s overall operation, management, development and service quality
• Coordinate the centre’s daily operation and administrative matters
• Supervise and provide professional guidance to project staff
• Prepare funding proposals and progress reports for senior management and funders
• Provide intervention for complex domestic violence cases
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, social service agencies and other relevant stakeholders
• Support service development, programme evaluation and the identification of emerging family needs
• Perform occasional night duty as required

Requirements

• Degree or above in Social Work
• 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably including supervisory or project-management experience
• Experience in domestic violence and family services is an advantage
• Innovative, energetic, well-organized, committed and a strong team player
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

** This post is 5-day work / 44 hours per week **
