Multicultural Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
－To answer telephone calls, take messages or following-up if necessary.
－To station at another agency, school or service unit from time to time as and when required.
－To assist social worker and kindergarten teacher to carry out direct service including group work service, mass programs and out-door activities.
－To assist in preparation and implementation of group work service, programs and activities.
－To assist in communication and engagement work with clients and families.
Requirements:
－Completed secondary education in Hong Kong, or attended HKDSE; or completed secondary education in an overseas or equivalent.
－Relevant experience in social service is preferred.
－Fluent in English.
－Fluent in speaking and listening at least one of the following languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Thai, Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali or Vietnamese.
－Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
－Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
