Assistant Human Resources Manager
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for administering whole employee cycle starting from recruitment, onboarding, staff movement and termination, as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements; and support in the areas of reward management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full employment cycle including recruitment & selection, onboarding, cessation of employment as well as staff movement;
- Conduct market research related to recruitment, and develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with service units and candidates;
- Support for the administration on Compensation and Benefit Administration including payroll, MPF scheme, Tax filing and Staff Insurance and Benefit management
- Work closely with the Human Resources Manager / Deputy Human Resources Manager on workflow review, new HR initiatives, legal compliance, and keep the update of HR best practices in the market;
- Handle staff’s enquiry related to HR-related policies and procedures in order to sustain the Agency’s Employer Brand and fulfill compliance;
- Responsible for periodical HR reports for management, including but not limited to Quarterly Reports, Exit Interview Reports or other HR Reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in human resources management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduation and related work experience in Talent Acquisition, Business Partner, and Reward Management.
- Well conversant on contemporary Human Resources Management practices, labour market trends and Human Resources Management related legislations.
- Good critical thinking with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
- Mature personality, analytical thinking, client-oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both written and oral English, Chinese/Cantonese/ Putonghua.
