The 3rd Social Innovation and Technology Symposium 2024 will be held on December 11, 2024 (Wednesday). The theme of the symposium is “Navigating Innovation, Transforming Social Service Development: Making Good Use of Artificial Intelligence, Data Applications, and Cybersecurity”. The symposium will explore strategies for digital transformation, including 20 digital government and smart city initiatives, the latest trends in the public service sector, and new developments in cybersecurity and personal data privacy, while seizing the opportunities presented by generative artificial intelligence (AI) to drive service development.
We will invite several influential expert leaders to serve as our guests of honor and speakers. At this symposium, we will feature an “Information and Communications Technology Solutions Showcase”, where multiple technology companies will set up booths to demonstrate solutions that enhance service efficiency and management. Additionally, we will invite organizations that have won the Smart Citizen Award at the Hong Kong Information and Communications Technology Awards to share their successful experiences.
