Introduction
This refresher course is designed for those who have basic knowledge of employment related legislations. Through case observation at the Labour Tribunal, participants will gain more understanding about how employment related disputes are settled in an informal, prompt and inexpensive manner. Court cases heard will be used in subsequent lecture to illustrate application of the legislations and their implications so as to reinforce participants’ understanding of employment related legislations. Case analysis and group discussion on NGO cases will be included to enhance practical experience learning among participants.

Small NGO Capacity Development Subsidy Programme
“Small NGO Capacity Development Subsidy Programme” is applicable to this workshop for eligible organizations. Preference will be given to applicants who enroll for all 3 sessions.
A maximum of 5 quotas will be given to subsidy applicants in each session. Eligible applicants are entitled to a subsidy at 80% off of the course fee. Subsidy application results will be sent to applicants around 3 weeks before the course commencement date by email.
