Registered Nurse (Psychosocial Services Department)
Responsibilities:
- To manage a caseload according to cancer survivorship care/end-of-life care projects.
- To carry out assessment for patients and caregivers and devise plan of intervention and mobilise resources to aid their coping.
- To carry out telephone counselling and outreach/face-to-face visits (home, hospital, centre, etc.) to patients and caregivers on nutrition, care during treatment and physical exercise to rebuild bodily functions.
- To promote the programmes to local hospitals, district centres, health clinics, patient groups, NGOs, elderly homes, government bodies and the general public in the community.
- To conduct wellness programmes or talks for patients and caregivers.
- To train and supervise junior staff and volunteers.

Requirements:
- Current registration with Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Experience in working with cancer patients will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
