Project Manager

Responsibilities:

－Plan, coordinate and implement a two-year Workplace Caregiver Support Project to ensure quality service delivery.
－Develop and deliver caregiver support programmes, including training workshops, hotline and counselling and online resource hub, etc, for working caregivers.
－Liaise and build partnerships with corporate clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
－Monitor project progress, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports in compliance with the management and funding bodies.
－Organize promotional activities to enhance awareness of workplace caregiver issues.
－Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

－Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Work, Counselling or related disciplines.
－Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in NGO, EAP, workplace well-being, or community services.
－Proven experience in organizing programmes, or corporate services will be an advantage.
－Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
－Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage corporate clients and stakeholders.
－Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Proficient in MS Office applications.
－Passionate about promoting workplace well-being and supporting caregivers.
