Founded in 1990, AIDS Concern is a leading health charity specializing in HIV/AIDS response, community health and inclusion for people of diverse sexualities and genders.
Our ambition is to achieve our vision of Triple Zero – ZERO new HIV infections, ZERO stigma for people living with HIV and ZERO AIDS deaths. We provide sexual health education as well as HIV testing and support services for people living with HIV.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate part time candidate with interest in NGO healthcare service to join our team. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the implementation of the education and promotion projects of sexual health and HIV/AIDS prevention to men community and ethnic minority groups;
- Visit men’s community gathering places and entertainment venues; visit ethnic minority groups gathering places, to deliver sexual health knowledge and related services;
- Use social media to reach the target groups to deliver sexual health knowledge and related services, clerical duties for recording;
- Encourage the community to concern on sexual health and participate in the peer education.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Working experience in men’s sexual health promotion or working experience in ethnic minority groups are preferred;
- Know Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog are preferred;
- Passion for front-line duties with good communication skills, initiative and self-discipline;
- Respect for cultural differences, mature thinking, open-mindedness and non-judgmental;
- Able to outdoor works;
- Able to work in the evening on weekdays; morning and afternoon of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays;
OUR OFFER
- $80 per hour for Physical outreach.
- $50 per hour for Internet outreach.
