SE Directory
Managed by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the Social Enterprise Directory (SE Directory) facilitates public access to social enterprise (SE) information in Hong Kong, aiming to promote their products and services to a wider audience. The SE Directory is supported and recognised by the HKSAR Government. It also has long been serving as an important reference material for advocating responsible consumption across government departments, public organisations, corporations and educational institutions.
The SEs listed in SE Directory cover a wide range of business natures. You are welcome to search for SE products and services through SE Directory online search engine anytime, anywhere.

里历人事有限公司提供一系列训练及支持协助40岁以上的失业女士重投职场。 主要的服务对象是拥有中五或以上学历，却因家庭原因离开了职场，或因长时间的工作空窗期而难以就业的妇女。项目会提供履历表撰写支持、科技应用教学、情绪辅导、实习机会等，以提高受助妇女的市场竞争力和受聘机会，协助她们再次投身职场，增加收入以改善生活。除了提供培训，亦希望能透过支持和咨询服务帮助受助妇女确立自我价值，重新融入社会，消除社会对失业妇女的负面印象。
NTL Recruitment Limited provides a series of training and support services to help unemployed women aged over 40 to re-enter the job market. The main target is to serve unemployed women who have received secondary education but left the job market for a long period of time due to family issues. It provides a package of training and support in areas including resume writing, technology application, emotional support and internship opportunities to help the target beneficiaries equip themselves for the job market. It is expected that with an increased income, the target beneficiaries can improve their living. In addition to training in hard skills, the venture will also provide a series of support and consultation for enhancing women’ s self-image which helps facilitate social inclusion while eliminating stigmas on unemployed women in scociety.

Dress Green 是一家设计驱动的创新型社会企业，成立于2021年，致力于推动时尚产业的可持续发展。透过资源循环利用、社区赋能与教育，专注回收二手校服、制服及纺织废料，将其升级再造成新产品。同时，Dress Green 为弱势群体创造就业机会，实践「减废、赋权、教育」三大目标。自成立以来，已回收超过3,000件制服，生产逾4,500件升级再造产品，并为长者、家庭主妇和精神复康人士提供超过5,300小时的工作机会。Dress Green 更荣获多项国际设计奖项，如DFA亚洲最具影响力设计奖、新加坡好设计标志奖等，透过社会创新减少纺织废料对环境的压力，重塑弱势群体的经济参与价值。
Dress Green is a design-driven innovative social enterprise founded in 2021 in Hong Kong, dedicated to promoting sustainable development in the fashion industry through resource recycling, community empowerment, and education. Focusing on recycling second-hand school uniforms, uniforms, and textile waste, Dress Green upcycles these materials into new products. Simultaneously, it creates employment opportunities for vulnerable groups, realizing the three goals of “Reduce Waste, Empower, Educate.” Since its establishment, it has recycled over 3,000 units of uniforms, produced more than 4,500 units of upcycled products, and provided over 5,300 work hours for the elderly, housewives, and people in recovery. Dress Green has also won multiple international design awards, such as the DFA Design for Asia Awards and the Singapore Good Design Mark, reducing environmental pressure from textile waste and reshaping the economic participation value of vulnerable groups through social innovation.
