Programme Assistant (Psychosocial Services Department)
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the running of local support meetings, family outings, workshops, hospital on-site services etc.
- To assist in the hotline support for patients/caregivers.
- To assist in coordinating volunteer work.
- To assist to update website, social media, Facebook, etc.
- To handle documents such as finance reports and statistics reports.
- To carry out duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 5 or above with pass in English & Chinese Language.
- Minimum 1 year working experience and preferably in community services.
- Good PC skills, MS WORD, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Excel is a must.
- Experience in Photoshop or other graphic design tools is preferable.
- Reasonable command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated, clear-minded and able to manage multi-tasking.
Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
