Superintendent
Responsibilities:
－Be responsible for the overall operation, administration, finance and human resources management of the Centre.
－To provide substantial guidance and effective supervision for a multidisciplinary team.
－Be responsible for the planning of service development and staff training and coordination of the treatment programs of the Centre.
－To establish network with stakeholders for the well-being of service users.
Requirements:
－Holder of a Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work recognized by the Hong Kong’s Social Worker Registration Board for registration.
－Registered Social Worker.
－A minimum of 10 years of direct working experiences in drug treatment and rehabilitation of young drug abusers, with direct practice experience of cognitive behavioral intervention models.
－At least 8 years’ experiences of administration, human resource management and staff supervision in social service agencies.
－Capable in management, coordination and supervision.
－Capable of handling crisis, independent and able to work under pressure.
－Fluent in English and Chinese.
－Employees should not have been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
