- 持政府认可之相关学科学位 (与商业管理、市场推广或社会服务科有关者优先考虑)，香港中学会考五科合格/香港中学文凭考试五科2级或以上，包括中、英文科 (课程乙如适用)；及最少三年工作经验；
- 熟识中、英文计算机操作、懂MS Office及MS Excel的应用，懂Photoshop及其他设计软件，具复康服务经验优先；
- 良好沟通及组织能力、具创意及活力、能独立工作及乐于与残疾人士合作；
- 负责为综合职业复康服务开发业务及产品、拓展市场及制定相关工作训练予残疾学员；建立系统以监控生产过程及质量检查、生产及销售管理、执行市场推广、负责督导就业导师及单位的行政工作；
- 每周平均工作44小时，观塘区工作。
