Information Technology (IT) Manager

Job Ref: (564) in ADM 525/01 VII (SD)

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint intranet application development, vendor systems, data architecture, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity;
   2. Develop, implement and execute IT policies, and compliance across the entire organization, with SRAA or audit experience an advantage;
   3. Review, evaluate and report vendor solution/ deliverable against established metrics and specifications;
   4. Monitor IT resources utilization and access existing and potential IT applications and digital transformation solution to streamline business operations;
   5. Identify IT training needs such as AI applications for key stakeholders, staff and clients; and
   6. Provide onsite support and troubleshooting to end-users.

Qualifications

1. 1. Degree holder in Information Technology, Computing Science or related disciplines.
   2. At least 10 years of relevant experience.
   3. Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate & Power App), SharePoint deployment and cloud services are preferred.

Remuneration

Monthly salary starts from HK$64,780.
