Requirements:
- A Hong Kong University Degree in Social Work;
- English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;
- At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience;
- Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;
- Possess a passion to provide people-centred quality service and a vision to promote service integration;
- Be able to work independently and to communicate with people at different levels;
- Service management experience on working with disabilities and rehabilitation services is an advantage.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the effective management and operation of an Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Service Centre (IVRSC) in Kwun Tong, ensuring service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement;
- To lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team for providing high quality vocational rehabilitation, training and employment services for PWDs;
- To develop strategic partnership and to enhance employment opportunities, social inclusion, and cross-sector collaboration.
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Working Location: Kwun Tong District
