Administration Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist to provide full range of administrative duties including insurance, procurement, telephone systems, security control, property maintenance, renovation & relocation, liaise with vendors & service providers on leasing terms & condition and etc;
- Develop and review administration procedures and policies;
- Ensure the office and service centres operate smoothly in terms of administrative support and liaise with other internal business partners, and
- Assist to prepare administration budget.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline;
- At least 8 years relevant experience in office administration;
- Independent and dynamic team player;
- Resourceful, detail oriented and strong analytical skills are essential, and
- Good command of spoken and written English and interpersonal skills.
