A subsidiary of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service

ITRC has a mission to facilitate and enhance information and communication technology (ICT) application in the Social Service Sector.  ITRC has been developing and implementing various ICT solutions for the Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs), and is one of the major solution suppliers in the Social Service Sector.

Senior Manager, Social Innovation (Ref No.: HKCSS/025/2024)

One-year renewable contract

Responsibilities

• Formulate and deliver the team strategies and annual business plan to support ITRC’s overall business goals with full P&L responsibility;
• Develop, lead and manage teams to deliver Digital Transformation strategies and projects partnered with multi-stakeholders including Policy Makers, Funders, Vendors & NGOs ;
• Promote and introduce new technologies adoption to strengthen and improve NGOs overall service development, delivery and business process reengineering;
• Support the General Manager to deliver overall ITRC’s impact-driven business performance and results;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in the disciplines of Social Work, Social Science, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant subjects;
• At least 3 years of working experience in social welfare sector and/or information technology;
• Innovative mindset with passion and personal drive in Social Innovation;
• Experience in team management, planning and strategic project execution preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, such as funders, NGOs and IT partners;
• Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations;
• High proficiency in both written and oral English and Chinese

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
