Promote Family Work Balance Culture in HK

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service strives to promote tripartite partnership and cross-sectoral efforts in promoting family solidarity and building a harmonious society though informing the community of current situations & challenges of families in H.K., enhancing public and employers' (government, business & NGOs) awareness and discussion on Family Friendly practices as well as promoting the collaboration between NGOs and business sectors in creating Family Friendly Workplace.
