The Hongkong Bank Foundation District Community Programme (DCP) was established in 1992 to fund local community service projects in Hong Kong organized by registered charities, voluntary agencies and schools. Maximum funding for each project is HKD30,000. Commencing September 2011, the DCP introduced an online system to enable applicants to submit funding proposals, reports and enquiries. To help you familiarise with the DCP online system, HKCSS had organized one briefing sessions on 14 September.
