Welcome to International and Regional Networking of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service!

International and Regional Networking is one of the core businesses of the Council. We aim to maintain active exchange with the overseas communities, bring more knowledge, new vision, innovation and challenge into the local community, benchmark successful experiences, facilitate the local welfare sector to keep abreast of the international agenda on welfare issues, observe international conventions related to welfare and social development, monitor the actual implementation of such conventions and raising the awareness of the Government and the public on related issues.
