Strategic Paper on Work in Mainland

Since the 80s', the Council has been maintaining good relationship with some of the major social welfare and social development stakeholders and engaging in exchange activities with them. Most remarkable of all were 4 Hong Kong-Mainland Conference on Social Welfare Development. All the exchange activities have broadened our horizon for fostering social development of not just Hong Kong but also China as a whole.

Strategic Paper on Council's Work in the Mainland 2002:

With the foundation laid after the restructuring, the Council has worked out a networking strategy for guiding our focus and work in the Mainland. In connection with the macro concern of regional integration, the Council will strategically work to build a regional network in the Pearl River Delta Region for the promotion of short-term and long-term development of the region.
