Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Assistant (Contract Post) [Ref. no. AA/HRA-HO]



  • Assist in day-to-day human resources operations including but not limited to C&B administration
  • Support HR team to perform duties such as Employment Contract, Taxation, Leave handling & HR administration
  • Perform data entry and document filing for HR confidential documents
  • Prepare staff induction use materials
  • Ensure all Human Resources activities such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, resignations and terminations are appropriately executed
  • Responsible for input staff data and maintain the Flex HR system with updated information
  • Any other duties assigned



  • University degree preferably in Human Resources / Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 2 years related experience in HR duties
  • Prior exposure to the NGO field will be preferred
  • Logical, detail-minded and good numerical sense
  • Good organization, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure and react with change
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
