Assistant Programme Manager, IT Service (Ref No: HKCSS/005/2018)

7-month contract



  • To lead a team of technical support officers to perform duties effectively and efficiently to meet the targets set by management
  • To plan the roster and to monitor the staff members attendance and performance
  • To plan the workflow when necessary and to monitor the quality of work delivered by the technical support officers
  • To provide management reports for supervisors on regular and ad hoc basis
  • To maintain and to draft the hotline support scripts and technical databases for the team’s use
  • To undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor



  • 1 year working experience in Information Technology support or administration
  • Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree in IT related discipline or social work
  • Hands-on experience in in Windows OS and MS Office application settings
  • Knowledge in OSX. iOS, and Android environment is an advantage
  • Holder of Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Desktop (Windows 7/8) will be an advantage
  • Regional traveling and rotation may be required.
